What does Pre-Order mean?
You order now, we roast and pack your order fresh, and everything ships from the week of 14 December. Your card is charged when you order.
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by 18 December and we guarantee delivery before Christmas. After that we keep shipping, but we can't promise it arrives in time.
When are you closed over Christmas?
We are closed 25 to 27 December and 1 to 4 January. Orders ship again from 28 December and we are back to normal hours on 5 January. The Christmas Collection closes at midnight on 26 December.
I live in Edinburgh. Can I collect my order?
Yes. Order by midnight on 22 December and your order will be waiting at our café to collect on 23, 24 or 25 December.
How do I send coffee as a gift?
Tick "Send as a gift" on the product page and write your message. At checkout, enter your recipient's name and address under Delivery and your own under Billing. Your message is printed on its own page in the parcel, with no price anywhere.
Can I order a gift and coffee for myself together?
No, they need separate baskets. It keeps the right address on each parcel.
What is the difference between the gift card and the e-gift card?
The e-gift card goes straight to your recipient by email. The gift card arrives in a printed envelope by post, so you can hand it over yourself.
How does a Gift Coffee Subscription work?
Choose 3, 6 or 12 months and add a note. Your recipient gets an email and claims it, and the first bag is roasted once they do. After that, one bag arrives every month.
How does a Pre-Paid Subscription work?
You pay once for 3, 6 or 12 months and one bag arrives every month, with nothing more to pay. Your first bag ships when you order. It is for you, so choose the Gift Coffee Subscription if you are buying for someone else.
How much is delivery?
A single 250g bag is £3.25 and larger orders ship free, all by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Pre-Paid Subscriptions include delivery and are UK only.
