Return Policy
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, rest assured, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to our customer support team via email or chat within 48 hours of receiving the damaged items. We may request photos of the damage to speed up the return process.
Non-Consumable Goods (UK and Republic of Ireland Only):
For non-consumable items like equipment or merchandise, our return policy allows returns within 14 days if you're based in the UK or the Republic of Ireland. If the item is faulty, our customer service team will arrange collection via our dedicated courier upon your contact regarding the goods. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns from outside the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
Consumable Goods (UK and Republic of Ireland Only):
When it comes to consumable goods such as coffee, our return policy permits returns within 14 days for whole bean products. Coffee must remain unopened and in its original packaging for us to process a refund or replacement. If your coffee has been pre-ground to order, we can only support a claim if the product was damaged, and you've emailed our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns from outside the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
Refund Policy
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.
