How much coffee should I order?

How much coffee and how regular your deliveries are depends on how much is brewed at your home or office.
Here’s a quick guide based on 15g (filter) and 18g (espresso) doses:

1 x 250g bag = 13–16 cups
2 x 250g bags = 26–32 cups
1 x 1kg bag = 52–64 cups

A quick tip from us to save on shipping is to order at least 2 x 250g per delivery

What subscription plans do you offer?

Is there a minimum commitment?

 

Our subscriptions are commitment-free. Pause or cancel anytime through your account.

Can I customize my subscription?

 

Absolutely! Tailor each order to your taste by choosing roast level, grind, and delivery frequency. If you have preferences on types of coffee you can leave notes for our roastery team in your account management portal too

Which countries do we ship to?

We currently ship within the UK, and we’re working on expanding our shipping options to include the EU again soon. Stay tuned!

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Charges will occur according to your subscription’s set frequency.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

All coffee is roasted to order and shipped immediately, ensuring maximum freshness upon arrival

How do I update my billing details?

Login to your account and navigate to the ‘billing information’ tab. Here you can edit your existing billing address or edit your payment card details.

What if I need to change my delivery address?

Simply update your address in your account settings before your next scheduled delivery.

How can I pause my subscription if I’m away?

Easily manage your subscription in your account settings. Skip a delivery, pause, adjust or cancel whenever you need. Just log in to your account to make the changes.

How can I get two of the same subscription with different bags each time?

Choose 250g as the amount and set the quantity to 2. Make sure both subscriptions have the same frequency and trigger date so they arrive together.

What should I do if my subscriptions are shipping on different days and I’m paying extra postage?

Make sure both subscriptions are set to the same renewal day and trigger day frequency. This keeps them in sync, so they ship together and qualify for combined free shipping.

Are the Espresso, Roaster's and Filter Selection subscriptions a new coffee every order? Or are they the same?

  • Espresso Selection: Designed for consistency, so you may see the same coffees more often.
  • Roaster’s Selection: Offers more variety with some changing options.
  • Filter Selection: A new single origin coffee every order for maximum variety.

Can I switch my subscription from ground coffee to whole beans?

Yes! Just log into your account on our website (top right corner), go to Order History, click the red Manage Subscription button, choose the subscription you’d like to edit, and adjust the grind type. You can also change frequency and amount.

Can I swap my current subscription for a new product?

Yes! Log into your account on our website (top right corner), go to Order History, and click the red Manage Subscription button. Select the subscription you’d like to edit, then choose Swap this for a different product to switch to a new subscription.
