Our coffee qualitylab, shared with Coffee Nexus, is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s City Centre.  Every single one of our coffees that you drink start its journey here.  With an array of state of the art roasters and supporting analytical kit we test, grade and taste all our green coffee samples to make sure they meet specifications.  Once shipped and delivered safely into the roastery our test roasting and daily quality control takes place here too.
