Our special Christmas release is currently undergoing its unique transformation, resting in whisky barrels where the green, unroasted beans are slowly soaking up the rich, heady aromas left behind. Through a patient process of osmosis, each bean absorbs these lingering notes, creating a new, complex flavour profile that captures the essence of the whisky. Once the beans reach just the right balance, we’ll roast them to perfection, ensuring that every cup delivers a warm and memorable experience for the holidays.
The Whisky Thief
Whisky Thief opens with bright citrus peel and kirsch-soaked raisins, lifted by gentle honeyed sweetness. Butterscotch and orange notes follow, moving into stewed apple warmth. Caramel and cranberry add depth and richness, all finishing on a smooth, silky milk-chocolate note. A layered, indulgent cup shaped by time in cask.
