Batch #2 / Burns Night Release
Our second batch of this special release is now underway, resting once again in whisky barrels where the green, unroasted beans slowly absorb the rich, heady aromas left behind. Through a careful process of osmosis, each bean takes on these lingering notes, developing a layered and distinctive flavour profile that speaks directly to its whisky influence.
Once the balance is just right, the coffee will be roasted with precision, ready to deliver a warming, characterful cup, well suited to Burns Night and the winter evenings that surround it.
