The TRAPEZOID is a filter to be used on immersion trapezoid methods (such as the clever dripper), coffee machines that use a trapezoid basket, or any other equipment that can fit with this filter shapes.

Its FAST Specialty Coffee filter technology provides faster, even and continuous flow for coffee brewing drawdowns especially important for high-volume coffee extractions, avoiding over extractions and maintaining the coffee brightness, making it possible to explore new extraction conditions and recipes, which have been limited until now.

As for the immersion methods, the FAST provides a faster coffee drawdown drain, being more precise and even, It also provides a clean and silky result in your cup.

 

SUITABLE FOR

The filter adapts to devices with trapezoid shapes (like the Clever dripper, or other drippers with similar shape ).

Also can be used with all devices that can be used with the Melitta 04 filters (like Moccamaster or other automatic dripping machines).
